General description.
The house has two floors. Four bedrooms
with a bathroom and a toilet. Apart from that it also has a
dining room, a sitting room, a kitchen and inner yards. The
visitor can go to the porch, in which there is a barbacue
throughout the yards and solarium.

This house was built in the year 1.800.
This house was the first public school of the town of Chío
in Guía de Isora.
